There is footage missing.

There are several causes for missing footage:

  • Your account reached the storage limit. The oldest footage will be replaced by the new ones.

  • Your account reached the recording time limit. This limit depends on the type of subscription.

  • The camera has been removed from your account. All the footage has been automatically removed from the storage.

  • Your user account is deactivated. All the footage has been automatically removed from the storage.
