The mobile app doesn't save my password

What if the app doesn't save your password?

This issue can have different causes. Please try every solution - if, after trying a solution, the problem isn't fixed, try the next solution. Go on until the problem is fixed.

Make sure your device has the latest update of either Android or iOS and that you are running the latest version of the Cameramanager application.

Issue
The application is requesting to re-log every time the application has been shut down.

Solution 1
Restart your mobile device.

Apple: 
Press down the Lock button and wait until '> slide to power off' shows up. Slide to power off your device. To restart it, connect the power cable or press down the Lock button until it starts up.

Android:
Press down the Lock button and click Power off. To restart the device, press down the Lock button until it starts up.

Solution 2
Delete and reinstall the application.

Apple:
Delete:
Press on the App icon and wait until it shows a cross at the top left corner of the icon. Click the cross and confirm by pressing Delete.

Reinstall:
Go to the App Store application, search for 'Cameramanager' and install the application.

Android:
Delete:
Go to SettingsApps and select the application you want to remove. Then press Uninstall.

Reinstall:
Go to the Play Store application, search for 'Cameramanager' and install the application.
